Every node’s last-seen, link quality and battery state, with an alert when one starts drifting rather than when it has already stopped.02
Firmware campaigns
Staged rollouts across the fleet, with a way back. A firmware update that bricks a repeater on a ridge is an expensive afternoon.03
Battery and power lifecycle
Replacement scheduled on measured fade rather than on a calendar, so a site visit happens once and not twice.04
Scheduled site visits
Mounts, seals, grounding and vegetation. Most field failures are water, lightning and a tree that grew — in that order.

The protocol is open and the network is yours. If you would rather run it in-house we will write the runbook, train the team and step back — and you will still have our number.
